It is very well furnished and spacious and comes with a much loved private garden which has excellent views over the River Teign, harbour and the moors.

We have 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 people comfortably, 2 Family bathrooms, a well appointed kitchen including double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and ironing facilities.
